Thanks for your feedback. I then changed the boot order and enabled EFI boot sources as well this is how it was initially I disconnected internet connection to the PC. However, I am still having the same issue whereupon restart it goes back to the initial set up screen.
I tried a different approach. I used my old Win 7 DVD to install windows
