Cheers and good luck, Brad Yes this is available, but it would severely damage the energy performance of aluminium by making the exposed window surface area inside the home much greater. You may be able to use it successfully if you put a thermal break between it and your window. I don't think it will support a skim coat of plaster as it will expand differently and would be easily damaged. I have seen it painted. Would work well with PVC.
